j-Bo:
Brothers transcends right? That can also include women...I'm like aww you down!

Paully:

Well remember we brothas so there will probably be 20 women...

Bee:
Wow!

Roc:
We want to be relatable. And there's...

Paully:
Man that gets my attention like immediately.

Roc:
Right. But we'll see. We'll see how we develop and what what this comes out to be.

Paully:
I just needed an answer I got it. That's good.

j-Bo:
Yeah ok you go poo then you shower or do you shower then you go poo?

Paully:
What?!

Roc:

Roc:
End of the day right. OK I imagine it's the end the day Right? It's been a long day.

Paully:
Right?

j-Bo:
Right.

Paully:
I aint never going to shower before!

Paully:
No they don't! No!

j-Bo:
And here's the another thing. Some people. I don't know who does or who doesn't. All right. I'm not saying one's better than the other. But some folks when in the buh or tub or shower.

Bee:
No no Ya see Yes see now You gotta You gotta clarify cause see I take a bath about once a week...

j-Bo:
OK. You soak in it.

j-Bo:
After.

Bee:
After.

j-Bo:
So. OK. You're clean. You're clean. You're clean right? What happens after? what after that? you're going to whole 24/7 before you?

Paully:

Bee:
Well I wipe!

Paully:
Snoop introduced me to something. Snoop Dogg. The Baby wipes.

Bee:

The Flushable Baby wipes.

Roc:
They will change your life.

Bee:
The best thing. But I hear they're not good for you. You're like you're not supposed.

Roc:
You're not really.

Bee:
You're not Supposed to get that clean.

Roc:
No. You're not

Paully:
Really.

Noooo. I'm sorry Disagree. You should always be that clean.

Roc:
You want to feel that clean!

j-Bo:
You should always be that clean.

Paully:
Minty fresh

Bee:
I mean that's like that's the same as like they say don't use q-tips to clean out your ears a night that is like or theeee That's very pleasurable. Clean out your ears...

j-Bo:
I didn't know pleasurable was going to come out.

Bee:
With with a q-tip!

Paully:
Whoa

Roc:
Like Eargasim thing?

Bee:
Dude, dude like after I've taken a hot shower like I'll soak and I'll just have the water pounded on my head. There is nothing better than clean in my ear with a q tip and then that that there's this empty feeling that comes out and they say you're not supposed to do that.

Paully:
My family can't. They touch it to their ears and they freak out by the view.

Bee:
Really! Ohh!

Paully:
I sit there and oh oh.

Bee:
Yeah. Right?

Paully:
I love the feeling!

j-Bo:
Sooo How do they clean their ears?

Roc:
Well you really shouldn't use q-tips you're pushing every all that junk into your ears.

All Speak:
No no no. Here's the thing...You're not gotta go in with a twist you gotta go in in with a twist to go and do the twist. Yes.

Roc:
Still push man!

All Speak:
Noooo! No. No No. No You are doing it wrong!

j-Bo:
That's why you have problems!

Roc:
That's that's my problem That's what my deal is... I'm q-tippin the wrong way.

j-Bo:
You're forcing it man don't force it. Don't force it.

Roc:
No q-tips are terrible

j-Bo:
They're soft and easy

Bee:
q tips terrible?!

Roc:
They are terrible, terrible for your body

Bee:
Man who hurt you?

Paully & J-Bo:
No there not!

Bee:
Q tips. I mean dude! to that they're the it's sliced bread. Q tips... wax don't blow out my ear. I don't know about by your ear. It don't blow out my ear but a nice little q-tip and It got to be a Q-tip to be can't be it can't be that that generic

Roc:
A true que-tip.

Paully:
One that bends!

Bee:
Yeah. And when a band like that wal-greens stick with a little wrap of thread around it. You can't do that has to be a q tip. Nice cotton. Solid ball.

Bee:
What's the rock paper scissors thing?

Roc:
I thought that was cool you know. So we were not visual so we'd be rock paper noun. And so that noun would be hey this would be our topic.

Paully:
Gotcha.

Roc:
Rock. And I would throw rock because C'mon rock star I'm always throwing rock. Rock paper noun was gonna be Germaphobia which was a fun topic for me.

Bee:
Why are you looking at me? Why ya looking at me?

Roc:
Germaphobia.

Bee:
Germaphobia

Roc:
Wanna talk about it? Let's talk about it.

Paully:
When did you realize...

I think there's different levels of Germaphobia.

Paully:
When did you realize you had a problem?

Bee:
Knowing is half the battle that's what G.I. Joe taught me growing groans

Paully:
Yo Joe.

j-Bo:
What is German phobia by definition do you know?

Bee:
German phobia. So here's the thing. So there there is an actual. So when you have an actual phobia, that something that is incapacitating or is impacting your ability to live in one way shape or form or another. So I think people use that term germaphobia a little bit more broadly than folks who actually suffer from actual OCD or things that are actually with actual phobias.

Paully:
Oh it's OCD

j-Bo:
OK. So yeah there is a link there. That's what I was going to say. OK. OCD in German phobia together or should they be?

Bee:
Well I'm not a doctor so I can't say yay or nay but I think.

Roc:
He plays one on TV though just in case you were wonderin

Bee:
Oh man. But I think that the actual germ of phobia is closely related to OCD because of the behaviors that that come with it that come with it. But I mean I'm I'm talking based on pure ignorance I'm not medically.

So you got to wash your hands for 20 minutes until the skin gets raw?

No. So I don't But do Am I preoccupied with where germs are and are they on me and have I come in contact with them? Okay yeah maybe a little bit. Do I pay attention to what I've touched with my right hand versus my left hand so that I can know what I can do with my left hand versus my right hand? Yes I do.

Roc:
Hey you were in India for a minute. So I mean. I I I feel that

Bee:
Dude. in India I was straight up. It was it was neurotic. And that's probably when I went to India. I was so afraid cause so many people we had we had dozens of people over a three year period from our bank going back and forth spending and months there. Right? Every group of people that went somebody came back like seriously sick like not just like contagious sick like.

j-Bo:
Crack open my brian...

Bee:
Right?! Yeah exactly! No but no joke like people whose like lives were threatened. I mean we had people come back who were never the same to this day!

Roc:
Oh wow!

j-Bo:
Is this your lung sir?

We had one gal. So she's this little little teeny Asian lady right. Just real just very put together and. But here's the thing. Right. So she's all put together very nice. Unfortunately when I say put together I mean she's wearing Bucobucks on her all right. So she's walking down the street.

j-Bo:
She's lookin tight.

Shes...lets wait and see what they're doin.

j-Bo:
Keep talking. Alli says we gotta go.

J-Bo:
End games coming out everybody end games coming out starting Thursday April 25th. Are you ready for it? Are you excited? And we have a special guest of course. I've got her name is L. I. V. Liv that's my daughter. WELCOME ABOARD...

Roc:
L. I. V.

J-Bo:
THAT'S RIGHT. THAT'S RIGHT. THAT'S RIGHT. EVERYBODY SO EXCITED. Say hello universe.

Liv:
I already said hello

Roc:
Is this ventriloquist show because I am thoroughly impressed at what I'm watching and witnessing at this moment.

J-Bo:
Yeah. Yeah. All right. So excited to be here huh?

Liv:
Yeah.

J-Bo:
All right. Actually we can feel it! We can feel it.

Roc:
D.C. is a dark universe right. Marvel is a light universe and this light universe is bubbly and happy and trying to present some...

Until now Thanos killed everybody so now its dark.

But Thanos is still it's still good. Like you.

J-Bo:
Bleak

Roc:
It's not bleak. It's perfect. Some people's perfect universe there's less people.

J-Bo:
Okay. Excellent. So anyways we're going to talk a little bit about the uh the MCU from Marvel here because of Endgame coming up. Give us a recap of Infinity War Liv in regards to the movie. What were your thoughts about it?

Liv:
I usually read off movies Earth 6 1 6 which is I don't want to say it's like the original Earth but it's just it's my favorite MCU character is Spider-Man and that's where like The Amazing Spider-Man movies and Spider-Man Homecoming is based off this Spider-Man earth 6 1 6.

Liv:
I mean I liked it. I feel like it doesn't feel like it had its flaws and a lot of people didn't like Star Lord and how he handled the whole Thanos situation.

J-Bo:
Obviously. Yeah he blew it. So OK let's talk about Star Lord. I mean to me it looked like he was fulfilling his role as within the comic book of losing his cool and then losing that chance against Thanos in the battle there towards the end of the movie. Is that what you're talking about are you saying he shouldn't have been in the movie altogether or his role should have been minimized or what?

Liv:
No I think he was fine in the movie. I didn't have an issue with Star Lord if Star Lord didn't mess up we wouldn't have endgame.

J-Bo:
Ok. So what's the issue then?

Roc:
Ooohhh! Wait till there's news here.

J-Bo:
OK. So what's your issue with Star Lord then who. What's the issue that everybody has.

Liv:
I don't have the issue of Star Lord the issue that people have expressed is that he shouldn't have messed up that Thanos only won because Star Lord got emotional and...

J-Bo:
OK. Well.

Liv:
That he shouldn't have messed up that they're just mad at him. They could have avoided the whole Captain America Thanos war that last scene and Wakonda.

J-Bo:
How people thought he (Star Lord) ruined the chance that the team had of you know destroying defeating Thanos you know towards the end of the movie during that battle. Naturally though in my opinion Star Lord did exactly as he should have did according to the comic books according to the movie script or however way that the producers and directors and Stan Lee even may have wanted it to go. Correct me if I'm wrong or what do you think?

Liv:
This is just Infinity war.

J-Bo:
Can we talk about it Infinty War?

Roc:
I'm about to like get a diagram show you the difference.

J-Bo:
I don't want to diagram. I don't want a diagram. Ok. So anyways.

Liv:
Hulk has All of the potential to defeat Thanos. But because he got beat up one time now he's scared now they're going to have to go through like the whole banner and Hulk relationship in Endgame.

Roc:
Silver surfer is in both.

J-Bo:
In both what?

Roc:
DC and Marvel.

J-Bo:
I never heard of that.

Liv:
I disagree. Prove it. Prove it!

Roc:
Ok. But here's here's the simple proof. We'll look at one thing Silver Surfer is truly fantastic 4, fantastic 4 Marvel Universe, Silver Surfer.

J-Bo:
Why would he be DC if he's Marvel?

Roc:
Same reason for the Green Lantern. Because the actual enemy that the Green Lantern fights is the Silver Surfer because he's bouncing around universes. You haven't seen that in our movies. He is the ultimate cosmic Thanos. So Silver Surfer is bouncing. He's a world destroyer. We're not seeing the full scope of when DC and Marvel crossover. You mentioned Spider-Man. That means all the Spider-Man movies relate in some way but it doesn't like Spider-Man. There's one MCU universe Spider-Man movie that count.

Liv:
All of the Spider-Man movies are based off Spider-Man on Earth 6 1 6. But...

J-Bo:
Liv We brought you on the show for a reason. Maybe we'll stop talking and let you talk just a little bit. Ok so let's pick up at the end of Infinity War as it moves in to....

Liv:
I don't want to say I have expectations because I also don't want to be disappointed. However I do have like my own theories of how it (Endgame) will turn out. So I think I think possibly to go into one of my theories that go more is more stuck in the soul-stone. I don't believe that she's really dead.

J-Bo:
Ok. Now that's an interesting topic because as far as we know does she get thrown off a cliff by her stepfather Thanos?

Yes.

J-Bo:
Adoptive father I should say so he literally he actually did that.

Liv:
Yeah.

J-Bo:
OK. So at this point what they want us to feel or know is that she is thrown off the cliff and she is at the bottom of the cliff right now... dead.

Liv:
Well from my research I do want to say it as fact because this is also a different Earth but.

J-Bo:
They're not on earth they're in a different planet.

Liv:
This is different Earth like Earth 6 1 6 OK different universe.

J-Bo:
As everything pertains to Earth 6 1 6 is what you're saying.

Liv:
Yes. So what I. So what I have researched about Thanos in the different universes He's part of it's usually related. It's usually the stories are usually related in a sentence but Gomorrah and a couple others I can't remember their names were stuck in the soul-stones. So I do. He did throw her off the cliff. But her. It was a life. It was a soul for a soul. So he had to give a soul the one he loved the most in order to receive the soul-stone. I know she might be physically dead And her soul might just be stuck in the soul-stone but I don't think that she's dead.

J-Bo:
All right. So that sounds like a soul stone purgatory to me kind of like in limbo of sorts. You think they will address that in the movie?

Liv:
I'm not sure. I'm not I don't want to have expectations. I don't want to be disappointed. I hope they do. But at the same time you know they don't if they don't fulfill that then I'm not going to be mad about it.

J-Bo:
Ok. And how do you think people within the Marvel Universe will feel if they don't touch that at all? She's just is dead. She doesn't come back.

Liv:
I think people will become more frustrated that they won't fall. Comic books. Which is understandable. I don't know I haven't read Infinity War comic books Personally. I've done research on it. But that research can get very messy if you know compared to the comics and such. So I think more people would be frustrated if they don't follow the comic book. If the characters who are supposed to die don't die. I think that will cause an uproar but I don't know with anyone else. Here's my theory of Gomorrah being in this soul-stone.

Roc:
You said Gomorrah is more attached to the soul stone than has been presented.

Liv:
That's my theory. My theory is based on research that I have found on the internet. I can't remember the name of the exact Web site but basically they're in a different universe. Thanos, He traps three Marvel characters. I can't remember two of their names but one of them was Gomorrah. And so I kind of basing that theory off of that universe. I'm not sure if it kind of bleeds into what the mc-universe is trying to do in regards to end game and Infinity War. But that's where I base my theory off of.

J-Bo:
Ok I trust that. I mean you know it's OK. Even if you're completely wrong or 30 percent on par what it does is it gives everyone who's listening just a little bit more context as you go into this movie Endgame.

Roc:
But this show we are revolving around theories that we believe to happen around the one thing. What we're really looking at endgame. Why did endgame happen the way that it did? Why was Thanos allowed to collect all of these extremely powerful stones. How is he actually powerful enough to hold all the Infinity Stones even if it's in a special glove. Because that that's an extreme amount of power.

J-Bo:
I understood it was the glove that actually held the power and he was just allowed to wield it.

Roc:
Not everyone can hold that glove man.

J-Bo:
I could hold it.

Roc:
Well...

Liv:
It was a well it was create an Infinity War. The scene when Thor goes to the dwarf planet I believe they make specific they they made Thor's hammer and they made Thor's other axe hammer thing they made the gauntlet so they're able to make weapons for a specific person. If let's say I ' don't know Silver Surfer since you brought it up wanted all the stones one gauntlet to hold the Stones the Dwarfss would be able to make a gauntlet specifically for him.

Roc:
But it's based on the person. For example I like Thor. I think he's great. He can hold one big old hammer like Thor when I have the capability to harness that he is the god of thunder. He can harness that.

J-Bo:
So you're saying Spider-Man can't show up and say yo give me that glove that Thanos wants... He (Thanos)was predestined to do what he was going to do which is even out the universe.

Roc:
No I don't think the snap was predestined. It was his mind but he is the person who could actually hold that glove.

J-Bo:
You're saying he's the only person.

No. And just think about that for a moment like...

What do you have to say about that?

Well Thor's hammer. I can't remember what specific characteristic you had to have in order to hold it but only Thor could hold it because he was all I can't remember. Like he was wise or something or he...

Roc:
It Wasn't. Well it was more than just him.

Liv:
Iron Man can't yield Thor's Hammer right. Spider man can't yield Thor's Hammer. But then we get to Age of Ultron ,Vision comes. He can hold weird Thor's hammer and I think it's speculated that Captain America can too.

Roc:
There are several that can and it's anyone that could probably hold one of the power stones? If you didn't actually wield and hold the power stone. You can do this before I really want talk about that..h

You do not like Ragnarok?

No.

Ragnarok was great!

J-Bo:
Nah I mean it doesn't mean wasn't entertaining.

Roc:
It was fantastic! It was a Really really really really good shot.

J-Bo:
I'm not going to match that level of intensity that I have for that movie but I'm glad that you liked it.

Roc:
But that one (Ragnarok) was fantastic that's the best one. That was next to iron man number one.

J-Bo:
Wow.

Liv:
I don't think it was the best one.

Roc:
That one was equally as good.

J-Bo:
OK so let's talk about that for a little bit then why why Thor Ragnarok. Why. Why do you get those feeling.

Roc:
It's hilarious!

J-Bo:
Okay. It's hilarious but...

Roc:
That's what it should be. Would. Would. OK. There's a lot of dynamics there.

J-Bo:
It should make sense is what it should be.

Liv:
It makes sense.

Roc:
Do you understand anything about Ragnarok and how it fits in that story? Why do I think that Thor Ragnarok is not just a critical piece but one of the best because you have people in this dynamic struggle between good and bad. You have this blend of good and bad people and it's funny. Every aspect of that movie was funny. Every joke although they're all one liners every joke in that one is what you want to hear.

J-Bo:
I see.

Roc:
That's a funny show.

J-Bo:
I see.

Roc:
And that show back to the first Iron Man. We were 16 years later before we got a show that was as good as that. I loved thought food loved Thor Thor is so good. He is a great character where there's all of these other threads built into Thor Ragnarok. That you don't most people the casual visitor which is me wouldn't really get. But then you listen to it again watch the ending like oh he just did that. Come on. Only certain people can hold Thor's Hammer right.

Roc:
We just we just explained that he put that mother effin hammer right on the umbrella rack and it didn't move that like there's hilarity built in.

J-Bo:
I got you. So. very good. So you're Ragnarok rave or whatever that was.

Roc:
It was truly a rant.

J-Bo:
Yeah rant there you go.

Roc:
A rant a rant rave.

J-Bo:
A rave of a ran. But anyways good good points. I appreciate that you are on point it did have its its jokey one liners and it definitely had its funny moments. It was good just probably wasn't one of my favorite of those but then again Thor is not one of my favorite characters. I respect him you know as far as that goes but just not one of my favorites so maybe I'm biased.

Liv:
Thor isn't one of my favorite characters so I haven't done a lot of research on him.

J-Bo:
What I want to know is should we respect him more Rockstar. Is he integral to Endgame now?

Liv:
Yes.

Roc:
Absolutley. Thor is... you know who we don't respect?

J-Bo:
Who's more integral than Thor at this point?

Roc:
Antman.

J-Bo:
Oh yeah?

Roc:
And I hated it Antman. I think he's a ridiculous character.

J-Bo:
I liked him.

What do you mean by Integral?

Integral. As in He's crucial to the development of endgame.

Liv:
Well.

Not black widow because I don't get the feeling here. Just as a side that I'm getting the feeling that they're going to focus more on Black Widow moving forward. I don't know why but Scarlett Johansson has that kind of power she where they will just kind of cater some movies towards her and I'm hoping that they don't do that.

Have you seen that? Have you seen black widow?

That might be another show for another time. We'll call it the Black Widow show. But at any rate...

Liv:
Your wife listens to this.

Awkward.Anyways the point that we're trying to that I'm trying to make here is to answer your question. Integral means he you can't have Endgame without him. For example they probably could do Endgame without Hawkeye right?

Oh yeah...

J-Bo:
They probably could. Maybe? You know maybe? Maybe if they had to you know I'm just saying how integral is Hawkeye to it as opposed to maybe Iron Man as opposed to Hulk.

Roc:
As much as Black Widow.

J-Bo:
As opposed to Black Widow. Thor is probably more important than all them?

Liv:
Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, are all integral; and Hulk. No. And Black Widow is too.

Roc:
You have to think of the original Avengers as they've been presented and the MC.

Liv:
And all of them are integral. So all of the original like the first very Avengers movie. Hawkeye, Black Widow, Captain America, Iron Man, The Hulk, Thor.

J-Bo:
And just coincidentally enough all of them are still alive at this point.

Liv:
I my one of my theories which I have not researched this is not proven but one of my theories is that I feel like even though they know snapped in immediately just like got rid of half of the universe half of the population of the universe. I feel like there's some some some meaning behind who he took and who he left. I don't want to put that as fact because. Well yeah. It's it's it's random but at the same time I can't help but feel like there's some other part because, it just like I do want to see it statistically It didn't seem right because I'm not good at math but it just seemed like you know why leave all the original Avengers? Why take you know all of Guardians of the galaxy except for maybe nebula? But then leave all of the Avengers? It just didn't seem right to me, so. But I mean I could also be wrong. That is just a guess.

J-Bo:
Ok. I see. So here's my question. This could be a dumb question how do the comics say that it happened? Or do the comics you know because the comics have been written already so. Correct me if I'm wrong the movie that's being played called Endgame follows the comic book guidelines or rules?

Liv:
I don't I'm gonna hesitate in answering your question because every time I try to talk about it I would even with friends it they always argue back do we say that my sources are unreliable. So I don't want to put something out there and say it as fact and it be wrong.

J-Bo:
The universe is complicated.

Liv:
Well it's always possible to talk about one universe I think but I feel like Marvel's movies have kind of incorporated a bunch of different Earths especially with Captain Marvel. I don't really like to get into Captain Marvel because it's so complicated but Marvell in the movie was a woman but Marvell and the research that I have done is a man so and you are correct with that.

J-Bo:
Absolutely. And that kind of upset me when I did research to find out that Marvell in this past movie that came out with Captain Marvel her first movie that Marvell was played by Annette Benning and she's the actress good actress and all that but that was my whole thing because I thought Marvell was a man as well. Why do you think they made her a woman?

Liv:
Because it's a different universe.

J-Bo:
Different universe.

Liv:
There is a different universe where Marvell is a woman.

J-Bo:
People like myself most of us just don't know the history. We haven't taken the time to do the history so in essence we don't know Marvel's take him into account or maybe Betting taking a risk that most people don't know the history of captain marvel of a few others so they're just gonna do it this round and hope that you hope that we for the most part accept it. Or do you feel like they are trying to cater to the true Marvel fans? Or not?

Liv:
I don't want to say that they did it because a lot of people aren't going to realize it because a lot of people did realize a lot of people read the comics. I think that maybe they're just trying to add variety to it. They have Spider-Man from Earth 6 1 6 and then they have Marvell from a different universe. I feel like it's more trying to fit and make sure the movies make sense because you can't you can't follow the comic books like word by word and book by book and you can't put all of that into a movie or three movies or you know for movies or anything. So I think it's I think they do it so that you know they can make sure it all blends together they can make sure it all fits.

J-Bo:
That's a good answer.

Roc:
If you look at comic books they just evolve over time. Right. So comic books where they were when people would actually just buy this comic book which was less than a dime or you would less than less than a nickel. Even like some of the books that we're talking about today were really really really old.

Roc:
When we actually read comics We want to feel a certain way. We want to feel that someone is writing something that's dynamic or polar opposite of the actual mainstream even though they're probably mainstream to a degree. Every single show that we're watching is a rebrand of something else.

J-Bo:
What are they going to show? What else going on and I mean to me this is it. This is the endgame. There can be no more movies. There can be no more Avenger movies. Am I correct with that?

Roc:
No.

Liv:
No.

J-Bo:
What's going on?

Liv:
They basically I can remember which Earth I want to say it's Earth 6 1 6. But you know you can also check me too. They base women basically take place of Thor, Iron Man, Captain America. I believe Spider-Man becomes a very integral part of the Avengers and fantastic four and then that transfers on to. Yes. Fantastic Four. I don't know why you're shaking your head

Roc:
Let them be. Let him be. Ignore him. There's a lot going on that I agree with you with a there's a lot I don't agree with.

Liv:
Marvel runaways which is a TV show now. They play a part. They're they're more younger marvel but they do help Avengers and then there's another younger Avengers team that I think can't remember the name too. I can't help it he's.....

J-Bo:
Sorry for the listening audience I am throwing up I am dry heaving really when she said marvel's runaways...hmmmmm teenagers! It's hard for teenagers to you know put the world on their shoulders and then go save it. I mean....

Liv:
That's exactly why they made comic books in the show...

Roc:
Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. What? No no no.

J-Bo:
Emotionally speaking.

Roc:
Dude! So every single person that you actually liking none of them were 20. Iron Man is the only one who owns the business all the way around. He might be 25.

J-Bo:
So black widows 18?

Roc:
If. Look at spiderman. Look at Spider man.

J-Bo:
Ok.

Just just evaluate the 14 15. All of those. That's exactly it. And he's helping the world. So when you first are introduced to a comic you probably that age range 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and that's the audience that we're presented. Now we the people who have read those are 30, 40, 50, 60, 70. So when we're looking at our comics now on the page oh that page now on the screen we have aged. They have not.

Liv:
But to just to go off of that just because that comics go to such a small like they they're targeted towards 12, 13, 14, 15 year olds. It's that's how they're going to make their comics they're going to make these teenagers who are out there fighting villains and they're good that they're holding the world on their shoulders as they're learning about it because that's how 12, 13,14, 15 year olds feel. That is how they don't necessarily see themselves as superheroes but they feel like the world is against them. Now they're reading of superheroes where the world is actually against them i.e. Spider-Man with the whole you know Pete. There is like a time where people didn't like Spider-Man.

Roc:
You crushed it girl. That's the truth though.

J-Bo:
Well said!

Roc:
We as adults might overlook that but man that way. Yeah it's great.

J-Bo:
More to your point. You know young folks do have a lot of things that are going on that are just unfair that are going on in the world today. I mean just for example you know if if Marvel and DC can be sort of an outlet or a way of identifying with you know fictional characters as a way of just dealing with what you got going on that's cool. Yeah. Yeah alright.

Liv:
That's exactly what DC and Marvel Comics are for it's for. It's for children. Who who who grow up in areas like that. You know like Harlem and Oakland and places like that just to be a little specific because they see these superheroes who are young who are close to their age who are able to fight villains and put the world on their shoulders and they think wow I may not have superpowers but I can do something like that. I don't want to say it encourages good behavior because they're vigilantes in each comic book.

What. Yes. It's affirmation affirmation is a good thing. And that's a good point. And I'm not going to cut you off and let you talk again. But I like that point because you know at the end of Black Panther and a few other of these Marvel movies you know it is uplifting and it's almost like yeah you can be good. We know that you're good and we're gonna help you out. And I do like that aspect of it that's why a black panther you know probably won some awards the way that it did and had that effect for many other reasons. But I do like that point that it is. It is an affirmation it is a you know something that they're trying to build on everyone's magnanimous qualities of. We know that you're good. We know that everyone can do good. The human race can do good if you just really try and focus in on let's get inspired by something.

J-Bo:
Okay. So Liv's right now I've got a paper and pen in hand and send us an email. Tell us who you think if you can do this in time. You can subscribe to a send us an email. Tell us what you think. Who are your top three integral parts of the movie endgame. So for the record I'm gonna go ahead give you mine first. Are we ready?

Roc:
Hit it!

J-Bo:
What we want is a happy ending to this movie or an ending that we can be satisfied with right? I need. I need this movie to tie whatever it is that they need to tie together between what I've been spending my behind on for the past few years starting with the first Iron Man OK. Are we ready?

Liv:
You should all name them before we continue.

J-Bo:
Huh?

Liv:
We should all go around and name your goals for us before we argue about it.

J-Bo:
Ok. Piece of paper in hand with the pen right.

Roc:
And we're gonna say Here's the three people which will actually be impactful and if those three characters aren't critical you lose.

J-Bo:
Alright.

Liv:
If they die doesn't mean they're not integral that means they're more integral.

Roc:
OK fine. You know who number one is Iron man, you know what number two is? Captain America. OK. Number three is the Mr. man Hulk.

J-Bo:
Right now How do these past movies and what we're talking about are all the Avengers movies that have come out the Hulk movies maybe some of them. I don't know. I don't even know if Hulk movies count.

Roc:
So the whole Avenger initiative is focused on people who have a special ability something beyond the normal. There's only two people in this actual universe that are actually strong characters.

J-Bo:
OK.

Roc:
One Captain Marvel she has this unlimited power that on unreleased unknown this hidden power that's actually going to destroy anything she can destroy a world similar to Silver Surfer which we talked about is a mile away but she has the power to just control and overwhelm anything.

J-Bo:
Do you feel that she'll be integral and Endgame? OK.

Roc:
Absolutely. She needs she has the she has the most power out of every other vendor that's been presented as of yet before we actually talk about the ancients and what their power is. We look at the actual universe and we say OK this person is extremely powerful. We have Captain Marvel and her backstory and who she is and who she could be she decided to just jump out in space fly faster than a spacecraft and not need a suit. So she has this alternate power that no one else has presented before us before.

J-Bo:
Ok.

Roc:
Thirty years ago because when she decided to leave Earth there were still blockbusters man.

J-Bo:
Right right. According to the movie.

Roc:
Like her power continued to increase. That's fantastic! We're going to see a whole other side which is not part of the MCU but should be within the X-Men which is Phoenix. This crazy crazy powerful woman who can destroy anything with a thought but she doesn't know how to control her power.

Liv:
I don't want to start this argument because it's not the point of this interview...

J-Bo:
And he won't let you win.

Liv:
But I'm gonna argue that Phoenix is even stronger than Captain Marvel. She's an entity.

J-Bo:
And you know what those two universes will never come together.

You're wrong.

You think that will happen?

Roc:
You're wrong.

Liv:
Well they do. They're supposed to.

When? No I'm just saying the movies, the directors. the producers. The X-Men themselves what a what is X-Men Produced by. Who is that is that Sony?

Roc:
Sony is producing these shows at the time.

J-Bo:
OK. Are they going to get it together?

Roc:
I don't know. Spider-Man venom is venom not part of Spider-Man?

He's part of the Spider-Man universe.

Absolutely. Which is by Sony?

J-Bo:
Spark a rival here. It brings up the point that if you are even half right and I know you believe that you're completely right but if you're even half right then that's a discussion.

Roc:
It should be a letdown for people who want to do more with the universe that we haven't seen yet. Deadpool in the comics defeated Thanos three times. We don't see even though Deadpool is part of the MCU. We don't see that character defeating Thanos. Why. We have an MC universe narrative.

Liv:
Well that brings me to the That's what I said before when the Marvel doesn't use a specific Earth like Earth 6 1 6. They kind of bring them all together. It's because it is where the casual watcher the casual listener because they're not going to be able to follow you know if Marvel uses Earth 6 1 6. They're not they're not going to understand they're not going to enjoy it the same way somebody who reads the comics would. So when they kind of bring it multiple earths together in order to create MCU and to create such entertaining movies it is for the casual watchers.

J-Bo:
Ok so if I'm understanding what you are putting down then it sounds like to me that's a water down. There like from what you all are describing to me and for the listening ear. Does it sound like they're saying OK this is all too complicated. There's tons of multiple universes there's this going on this this is going on that's going on. We need to water it down for the mainstream public who's going to come to see.

Roc:
The snap is a thing. But it's not really a thing.

Liv:
Its a thing that can be reveresed.

J-Bo:
That's a good question.That's a good question.

Roc:
Right. So here's the same thought we were so scared that our favorite characters would not come back. You know why they came back. Antman. Iron Man, Dr.strange. Those three people are actually integral to what's going to happen in our future.

Liv:
One of my theories for endgame and this is not I'm not putting it as fact but it kind of just relates to what we're talking about is that they all died but it's it's um They all did die. I think they all did die. You know they. We watch them go to Ash. I don't think they went to any other place as a theory. I think that the main part of endgame is being able to use either the time-stone or the soul-stone to bring them back.

J-Bo:
Interesting. Ok there's a soul-Stone.

Liv:
Yes there there's a time stone and a soul-stone.

J-Bo:
OK. All right. And we don't need to go into that because I mean that that to me it sounds like that would be an integral part of how to rescue these people. But at any rate. Very good. Interesting theories. So just for the listening ear again I'm going to mention number one. So we're going to go with me live. You come next and then we'll get the rock star here. Top three integral folks super heroes that are important to this movie as it relates to endgame and how it will end because we want this to be a very gratifying satisfying ending. And I'm just gonna do a long shot here but I'm thinking Hank Pym's wife play well played by Michelle Pfeiffer. I think she will have an integral part in the movie Rockstar says you're an idiot by quote but I think she might play an integral part and for me this is not in any particular order. It could be any one of these people at any time. But I feel like she might be an integral part in this movie Michelle Pfeiffer has a way of showing up. All right. The next one again is Gomorrah. I think she will play an integral part in this movie. Something tells me "she's not completely dead. She's only mostly dead". That was a princess bride reference there.

J-Bo:
Yeah. Thank you Thank you Thank you, it's 'true love' that gonna bring her back. True Love. All right. Very good. So number three Captain Marvel I think we all might agree. Captain Marvel is going to play a crucial role in this.

Roc:
Marvell!

J-Bo:
Whatever Marvel. Marvell. Marquel if she's French...Captain Marquel!!

Liv:
It for Danvers. It is Captain Marvel not Captain Marvell because Marvell is the actual name of the man or in the movie The older woman...

J-Bo:
Played by Annette Benning

Liv:
The Cree the Cree woman the alien is Marvell. Captain Marvel named gave herself that superhero name after Marvell but it was it's not Captain Marvell.

J-Bo:
Not to get confusing or anything like that for most of us main streamers...

Roc:
I'll give you one. That's really good. That's true in the MCU.

J-Bo:
All right. So I'm almost done. Here's my here's my I was a miscellaneous but my the person that I feel could also make a difference in this movie that we might be underestimating. I think it's the best work. And then you brought him up earlier. So Ant Man, Antman's future mother in law, Gomorrah, because true love will save us all. And then Captain Marvel because she is the latest and greatest superhero that movie that they wanted to put out right before endgame. That's got to be a reason as well. And I think 90 percent of those who are listening might agree with at least Captain Marvel and maybe Gomorrah. We'll see. Let's move on to liv. Liv. Your list what you got?

Liv:
So I think I didn't know who to put first either the original Avengers. Aye aye Captain America Hulk Iron Man Thor or Captain Marvel. I kind of grouped captain america Hulk Ironman and Thor together as one major or component. I didn't want to separate them.

J-Bo:
Yeah but that increases your chances of being right.

Liv:
Yes but I've also done research and I've also read part of the comics. So I don't know if they will be following comics. That's why...

J-Bo:
Ok. (Horrible edit)

Liv:
I give myself leeway because Captain. Well I don't wanna call them. Call her him whichever you follow in the MCU. I don't want to call them Captain Marvell. I call them Marvell because that is their name. That is their Cree given name. Captain Marvel is Danvers that is that is who that's who she became. I believe in the comics that I have researched its Captain Marvel who is also Marvell because he is the original Captain Marvel. It gets confusing because Marvelll is original Captain Marvel. But then those two people would be...the first Captain Marvel would be Marvell the Cree, and then the second Captain Marvel would be Danvers the woman.

Roc:
Bingo. Good job. Thank you. Much better. Continue.

Liv:
Ok so I debated whether putting Captain Marvel -Danvers, or the Avengers Captain America, Hulk, Ironman, Thor together, and that kind of gives me gives me a lot of leeway and this bet because because well I've read I've done research on it and I've read part of the comics and I didn't want to like leave it out because I know that they have a very important part but I don't know how you know Stanley and whoever he's worked for with is going to make the movie go.

Liv:
However the other person I put is Drax because listen, don't give me that face because I know my dad.

J-Bo:
He is the dumbest!

Liv:
No you got to listen, you got to listen, No.

J-Bo:
Of all of them!

Liv:
Mute, Mute yourself right now. He in the movies to be fair he is the dumbest of them all. That is how they have made him seem.

Why do you say that? like really. I'm sorry. I know I'm following part of your point and I want you to actually continue it. But Drax is so good Gomorrah and his relationship and who Drax is. Why would you actually try the bait her on Drax as this character?

J-Bo:
I'm not going to debate it because I'm afraid she might be right right. But it would. It makes me upset Just thinking about it.

Liv:
Ok. So back to what I was saying. I put Drax because in my research and in the comics he is also known as Drax the destroyer. I don't know which world this or which Earth this is based off on so but Drax was created specifically to kill Thanos. That is why well and Guardians of the galaxy Thanos killed his family. But I feel like there's also some something like...like I know I can't remember the word for it like just like a sense that he has to like kill Thanos because it's in him and so there's also there's also a bunch of research that basically I can't I don't know the earth because it gets so complicated especially when you're researching it and not reading comics but there is speculation that Kronos which I believe was Thanos Dad's spirit was put into Drax the destroyer in order to kill Thanos because Thanos has a long history of having deviant syndrome which is a titan alien disease that makes them want to kill. He was basically a psychopath all his life and he was like drawing pictures of dead animals and all that stuff and so he was basically like he had this syndrome that made him look purple. I don't think titans originally looked purple and made him such a bad guy from the beginning. He was basically like his past was already his not his past his pathway was already chosen for him because...

J-Bo:
Predestined

Liv:
Predestined yes because he already had this deviant syndrome and so Kronos his spirit theoretically from what I have researched was put into Drax the destroyer to destroy Thanos. I don't know if that's how MCU is making the movies but I think that Drax will definitely have an important part. I could always be wrong but that's how I feel.

Roc:
Every time Hulks beat He's never truly beaten. He can walk through walls. He can destroy missiles. He can get shot and every bullet makes him stronger like the Hulk just continues to grow in him in himself whatever challenge he's presented. He doesn't just daft he takes it and becomes better like the Hulk can never die. He's not dumb.

J-Bo:
When he's angry he's not clear thinking. He's Not a clear thinkerwhen he's angry.

Roc:
Truth. Right. He's not completely dumb but he's not as smart as his counterpart.

Liv:
Yeah all the Avengers movies like Avengers and then age of ultron and then civil war and well not civil war cause Hope wasn't in that but in like Ragnarok it's always you know like Hulk is in control when he is Hulk. Banner is in control when he is banner. It's never a shared relationship it's never shared strength. I feel like infinity war and end game will infinity where at the end was the start and endgame is kinda going to not enhance but really draw attention to their relationship when it comes to it. Because Hulk in the comics later on becomes like the banner and whole banner is you know he can tell hulk like hey you need to think this through. And then Hulk is the strength. And he's like the muscle. So I feel like it endgame is going to be a lot about the Hulk in the banner's relationship and that's why I think it's in there both integral because it's I think it's the I think endgame is going to be building on both banner and Hulk and how they're going to work together during the war with Thanos and after.

J-Bo:
It's gonna be a team effort. But I did not have Hulk on my list so that was interesting.

Well you put Captain Marvel...so that doesn't mean you lose, lose.

No no I don't. I feel like I probably will lose. I think we need me to go by majority here. So that's interesting. But I mean if anything it's just how will endgame take place? How will it end? Will it satisfy everyone's itch of wanting to basically see who survives? You know for those who whisked away into ash do we get to see them again? Do they come back? Ironman. Will he buy. Will he. Will he die. Will he be taken off. Will he be the Avenger the first one to die?

J-Bo:
In regards to Thanos will he be destroyed? Will he be dealt with or will he be locked in prison? Will he go to another spirit realm? What is the role of Drax? Is he Drax the destroyer in in this earth that they're talking about? And so we have all these questions everybody that that need some answers. We we need answers.

J-Bo:
Walk your dogs before you leave. So you don't think about that. Turn off your curling irons if you're a woman. You gettin your hair all done up in the bathroom turn off your curling irons before you go to the movie theaters, before you leave the home. Do you have your keys? did you put your underwear on? I mean you know all those things that are crucial to having a good night so that you can leave everything behind you can focus your brain. But I don't think this discussion stops. I think we need to continue this on and I know there's going to be discussion after endgame so. All right. Well that's that's interesting building.

Showcase- The MCU breakdown.mp3 | Convert audio-to-text with the best AI technology by Sonix.ai

Roc:
This week our dear brothers in the basement couldn't get together. But we would never let you down. We're going to do a special episode just for you. We're calling it showcase. This is where we introduce you to a new and local artist doing what they love. This week we are showcasing Cailyn Hines.

Cailyn:
Almost done!

Roc:
She needs to at least explain this point.

Cailyn:
Come on this is so important.

Roc:
MCU help me understand it.

Cailyn:
I don't know order they came out but I know the order like that they actually happen.

Roc:
Yeah? All right I'm taking notes. OK so what hows the story work?

Cailyn:
So like it starts with Captain America which The First Avenger.

Roc:
OK

Cailyn:
And then...

Roc:
Whup that can't be right.

Cailyn:
Yeah.

Roc:
And then Captain America.

Cailyn:
Nick Fury wouldn't have been alive in Captain America but he was in Captain Marvel. So Captain America would have had to been before.

Roc:
Because the shield program started with Captain Marvel.

Cailyn:
He was recruited like at the end of the after credits scene once he had woken up in the future and uhh...

Roc:
Which would make him the second Avenger.

Cailyn:
Technically. But they didn't really know that Carroll existed yet. Only Nick Fury was the only one that knew. Like he kept a secret from everybody. But Captain America was the first super powered individual that they knew about.

Roc:
Okay yeah. Okay I'll go with that. So it starts with Captain America.

Cailyn:
It's called The First Avenger just because he's the first. The first one to be alive.

Roc:
Got it.

Roc:
OK. So thus far we got captain marvel in the 90s. And if it's in a linear timeline what's after Captain Marvel?

Cailyn:
After Captain Marvel would be Iron Man.

Roc:
Iron Man 1. What happened in Iron Man to make it?

Cailyn:
It was the first movie that Marvel ever actually released. Even though it's like the third in chronological order, even though Captain America was the first technically, like kind of the First Avenger he was really the first Avenger because he was the first one who was considered for the Avengers Initiative.

Roc:
Oh yeah Ok!

Cailyn:
Because at the very end of the movie and the after credits scene Nick Fury comes up to him.

Roc:
Right.Right. Ok. So there's iron man. What would be next?

Cailyn:
After that. I think after that was the incredible Hulk.

Roc:
Incredible Hulk I think was Edward Norton.

Cailyn:
Yeah.

Roc:
Iron Man would be before the Hulk because why?

Cailyn:
I don't know. Like it just I just know that it fits in between Ironman 1 and Iron Man 2.

Roc:
Okay. What happened in Iron Man 2?

Cailyn:
So Iron Man 2 the GUY who like tries to copy as Suit comes after him with like the..

Roc:
Yeah. The whips?

Cailyn:
It's like the lighting whips. Yeah. And then he helps build like copycat suits that he hacks and makes go after Iron Man. It's still it's still...

So it's just more Iron Man.

Cailyn:
Yeah. It's still lead it's still leading up to Avengers. Like the Marvel Universe and not just like the Avengers universe.

Roc:
That makes sense. What's after Iron Man 2?

Cailyn:
Iron man 2 is Thor.

Roc:
After Iron Man 2 is Thor. What happened in Thor?

Cailyn:
Thor he um...The uh the frost giants try to break in to get the Tesseract and then Thor goes to the their world and tries to start a fight with them. And then when he comes back his father gets all mad at him for going there and possibly starting a war. So he like sends them back to Earth. Odin gets knocked out into the Odin sleep and then he becomes like temporary king of Asgard, and he like basically invites the frustrations back so he can like; but then he tricks them and tries to kill them all when they come back.

Roc:
Loki did.

Cailyn:
So what happens at the very end is when the bi-frost like breaks off the bridge of the bridge.

Roc:
Yeah.

Cailyn:
Loki almost falls off. And then he like lets go and falls into the void. And the next movie you see he's working for someone else. And like when you fall off like would you fall out of the by frost which I'm assuming will happen you like end up somewhere else. So he ended up with creepy dude who has the two thumbs.

Cailyn:
I don't think they ever say the name in the movie. It's just it's still it's just like their backstory.

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
Because not everything needs a team of six people.

Roc:
Right. And so then right after Thor there was End Game no not End Game, Avengers?

Cailyn:
Right after that when Loki is sent down to with creepy dude that's when he comes back as like the like the villain for.

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
Avengers.

Roc:
For Avengers. And that's when the Avengers were like titled Avengers kind of thing right.

Cailyn:
Yeah. That's when the that's when they first all got together and like most of them it was the first time that they ever met. Black Widow already knew already knew Tony from Iron Man 2.

Roc:
Yeah?

Cailyn:
Nick Fury makes her like baby sit him pretty much.

Roc:
Oh totally!

Cailyn:
You're welcome.

So named The Avengers. The original Avengers in the Avengers movie The one we're talking about.

Cailyn:
Iron Man -Tony Stark. Black Widow -Natasha Romanoff. Hawkeye -Clint Barton. Steve Rogers -Captain America, and then the Hulk which is Bruce Banner.

Can you do it again backwards?

Maybe so Hulk Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers -Captain America, Clint Barton -Hawkeye, Black Widow -Natasha Romanoff, and then Tony Stark Iron Man.

Nice.

And THOR which is just Thor. He doesn't have a secret code name. Like he's the god of thunder but no one calls him that. He doesn't meet somebody that he'd be like I'm Thor and they be like well what's your real name?... Thor.

Cailyn:
Yeah.

Roc:
What's after Avengers?

Cailyn:
Iron Man 3. Because it's right when he's having like all his panic attacks about flying through the hole with the nuke.

Roc:
Oh yeah PTSD!

Cailyn:
Yeah and he has this suite that like flies to him.... It's been a long time since I've seen that movie but I do remember that part.

Roc:
So that's probably the reason that incredible Hulks in here it's not for the movie itself but it's that post credit scene talking about a collaboration. I remember that!

Cailyn:
Because you never really hear him or anyone else talk about what happened that movie like ever.

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
And usually all of the other movies like have some correlation with each other like in Avengers Tony talks about how he was in the cave at one point and...

Roc:
Oh totally!

Cailyn:
In Iron Man 3 he's having a PTSD about Avengers. I know it's it's Thor Captain America Winter Soldier an age of ultron but I don't know what order they're in.

Roc:
I think we're off not a hundred percent sure but we still gotta get like Guardians of the galaxy.

Cailyn:
Oh yeah. They're like they're good. They're consecutive. They're like right after each other. I was right. It goes Thor -dark world. It's the one with like the creepy elves and Loki is in prison and Friga dies and he goes like all crazy.

Roc:
Mind Blown...Umm you were talking about the tesseract earlier.

Cailyn:
The tesseract. Oh I did. I never mentioned the tesseract but it's important in Captain Marvel, Captain America, and Avengers.

Roc:
What is the tesseract? What is what is this is importance to the MCU.

Roc:
The because it's not a stone is it? It is a stone.

Cailyn:
It's the second one that Thanos gets because you never see him in end game it's the second one that Thanos gets because you never actually see him decimate Zandar he just gets it from Zandar. The powers down he gets that from Zandar.

Roc:
Okay. And it's blue?

Cailyn:
Mm hmm. It's the space Stone.

Roc:
Okay I'll go with that. The tesseract is the space stone?

Cailyn:
But we don't we don't know that it's actually the space like actually this space stone until end game, like They don't actually say it.

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
But it's like you know it's infinity stone like probably half way through the MCU. That's pretty important in several movies.

Roc:
Right. Okay. Okay. Okay. So we got Thor, you explained dark world and then you spoke a little bit about the reality stone which is also an important piece.

Cailyn:
That you don't really get like a good idea of what it does until end game. But next is Captain America The Winter Soldier. It's really important to watch it to understand civil war. Like if you don't watch it and then you see civil war you'll be like.

Roc:
Who are these people? I think that was my problem.

Cailyn:
Yeah. You'll be like why is if you saw the original Captain America you'll be like Why is Bucky all all emo now?

Roc:
Right. You said that very well.

Cailyn:
Yeah. And that's when Captain Captain America finds out that the winter soldier is actually Bucky and because for all those years he thought Bucky was dead. You just. And then after that are both the guardians of the galaxies.

Roc:
How did they relate to the MCU?

Cailyn:
Introduces you to the concept that in the MCU there's stuff out there beyond Earth. And...

Roc:
The point?

Cailyn:
We learn more about that in Captain Marvel. Like in the guardians of galaxy you know that the Cree exist but you don't know anything about them. like one. Nothing like that has spiraling effects into other things really happens.

Roc:
Okay.

Cailyn:
You really see Thanos for like the first time in that movie though.

Roc:
Do you. In Guardians of the galaxy?

Cailyn:
You see them in the end credits of both Avengers which I think is significant. I think that he was trying to take over Earth both times and then he failed. So he finally just like all right I'll come to Earth.

Roc:
Cool let's get back to that. But we got going into Galaxy 1 and 2 and that's the first time we get an introduction a true introduction to Thanos and his daughter.

Cailyn:
Nebula.

Roc:
Nebula. two daughters.

Cailyn:
Nebula and Gomorrah. Honestly Nebula is I can't explain why but I love her character.

Roc:
Really.

Cailyn:
Yeah.

Roc:
Why?

Cailyn:
I don't know there's just something about her like she's not she's just between the line of being a good character like a good person and a bad person.

Roc:
Sure.

Cailyn:
Cause like all her motivation for what she does is driven by like her like her emotions which is really realistic and believable and it doesn't make her seem like a bad character. Like a bad person.

Roc:
Awesome. Yeah.

Cailyn:
Like most bad guys. Like don't think what they're doing is wrong and they just have like we need to do this because we need to for some reason but Nebula all our actions are driven like by her emotions and she like you never know she thinks what she's doing is right or wrong. But know that she definitely thinks what her dad is doing is wrong.

Roc:
Well what's next? We've got guardians of Galaxy 1 and 2. What's next movie?

Cailyn:
Age of Ultron.

Roc:
What happened in there?

Cailyn:
The Beginning they're fighting off like what what's remaining of Hydra. And they discover there's these two superpowered individuals out there. Wanda Maximoff and Pietro Maximoff. Pietro is fast and she (Wanda) can has telekinesis and telepathy. Mainly telekinesis though you don't really see here use her telepathy that often. Pietro Maximoff I think he's just you can just run really fast. He's the Avengers Quicksilver and not the X-Men cause quicksilver which is better.

Cailyn:
Pietro runs to save this kid Hawkeye's holding and just lets the bullets hit him like he doesn't even try to...

Roc:
What!

Cailyn:
Yeah there's like a plane that's shooting at them with Ultron in it.

Roc:
Dumb.

Cailyn:
Yeah it's it's dumb. The X-Men universe is so complicated like it's all there's all these alternate timelines and stuff. He is the worst. Pietro is the worst fast character that they could have made.

Cailyn:
The next one is Ant Man. So I actually just watched that. I realy like Scott Ling.

Roc:
He's pretty cool. He is funny. He is funny. He is just. And I think he's just genuinely funny.

Cailyn:
Like all of them are like oh we need to save the world because it's the right thing to do. And he's like oh you guess this is what I'm doing for now.

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
And then the first times the galaxy. One thing I really liked is Gomorrah is like why are you trying to save the universe? What did you ever do to you? And it's like because I'm one of the idiots who lives in it! That's such a better reason than that I thought the right thing to do.

Roc:
That's awesome. That's that's really good. You said that very well. OK. So Ant man so he shrinks?

Cailyn:
Yes. With the technology from the Pym suite. Like I really like his character because he in like in himself isn't anything Extremely unique. It's really Dr. Pym who's helping him get the suit.

Roc:
Moving on. Ant Man. See it. What's next?

Cailyn:
So after Ant Man. So like an ant man he is going to break into this facility to get something so they can prevent the bad guy from stealing Hank Kim's technology. And so he goes to the facility but it turns out that now it's an Avengers facility. And so he goes there and Sam Wilson is there or the falcon. So he like fights him off. And then right after that is civil is civil war. And so that's how you know that those two tie in.

Roc:
Oh okay.

Cailyn:
Its because when Captain America is like do you have anybody that could be part of the team he's like I know a guy.

Roc:
So what's after that after civil war?

Cailyn:
After civil War is Spiderman because Tony Stark...

Roc:
HomeComing.

Cailyn:
Yes because Tony Stark is the one who gives him the seal. And so he has okay in the very beginning of homecoming. So you know that civil war must be before that.

Roc:
Okay yeah. That makes sense. So that's how you can tie that timeline together.

Cailyn:
Mm hmm.

Roc:
And that's the only Spider-Man that would really connect to.

Cailyn:
Yeah none Of the others have an appearance from any other black panther is next.

Roc:
After homecoming is Black Panther.

Cailyn:
I always get it wrong because they've listed it wrong because Black Panther is like right away after. Because on the plane home.

Roc:
Yeah.

Cailyn:
He's watching a news report about the building exploding that happened in civil war.

Roc:
So wait it's civil war and then Black Panther Black Panther and then homecoming?

Cailyn:
Yeah. Because Homecoming is like two months after.

Roc:
OK And then what's after that?

Cailyn:
Doctor strange.

Roc:
Oh I didn't think of Dr. Strange and he's a major! OK. So that's his like backstory right?

Cailyn:
Mm hmm. This is where I don't know what to say because they happen at like the exact the exact same time.

Roc:
OK.

Cailyn:
I'll go to through Ant Man in the Wasp first. So what's happening is this girl named ghost where her cells or whatever are being torn apart and put back together again. So she can like phase through stuff okay. And I mean they tried to steal Dr. Pym's technology so she can become normal again and then that's the one where Hope gets her mom back.

Roc:
Okay.

Cailyn:
And that's the one where we see Ant Man like grow big for the second time. What you we see him grow big in civil war. But we actually see it several times in Ant Man and Wasp.

Roc:
Ok cool. What's after that... Or maybe in tandem?

Cailyn:
I think they happened at the exact same time because the after credits scene of that man in the wasp he's going into the quantum realm to help to get something that will supposedly help ghost could never explain it though why...

Roc:
OK. OK.

Cailyn:
And so he goes in there and then they're talking to him through the mikes and then they start counting five four three. And then it cuts out and then he's like Guys Guys what's going on. And then it flashes back and it shows that are like dust. They were snapped. All three of them.

Roc:
Ohhh!

Cailyn:
Hopes Mom, Hope and Pym (Dr. Pym).

Roc:
Cool. Cool.

Cailyn:
It's it's freaky cause he's in there. Like he's in the...realm and no one who was gonna save him. Next Thor Ragnarok which happens like at the same time so.

Roc:
Why would you say that? How does that timeline just boom boom.

Cailyn:
Because at the very end like 20 minutes after it.

Roc:
Yeah.

Cailyn:
You see Thanos' ship coming over this ship that they left after they destroyed Asgard.

Oh. That was Thanos ship. Cool.

It happens like pretty much at the same time.

Okay.

Cailyn:
Ant Man is like probably a day after. Now I think about it. So but still they are pretty much.

Roc:
Day post snap.

Cailyn:
Yeah. They're pretty much the same time. Like if you're considering the MCU you don't really need to factor that in. You can just say they happened at the same time.

Roc:
Sure. Ok.

Cailyn:
Unless you want to be really specific.

Roc:
Well how does Ragnarok? I mean that's just the destruction of Asgard.

Cailyn:
Yeah. So Hella comes and they're fighting and all sorts of stuff and Thor throws his brother and says Get Help!

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
And then So they bring out the guy the fiery guy to destroy Asgard because that's the only way they can defeat ELA and now I'm gonna get to that part of why I think set Thanos chose his timing very specifically.

Cailyn:
So in in guarding the Galaxy 2 there's ego. Who's the last remaining celestial that we know of. So ego is is Peter Quills dad right? And that's why he's powerful because he's half celestial.

Roc:
Right.

Cailyn:
So and then ego this really powerful being is killed by Peter Quill. The ancient one is a really really powerful being. But then they die.

Good point. Ones that maybe could have challenged.

OK and then here's this... Hella is the next really really powerful being that they had to get serter to destroy her.

Right.

And then Asgard exploded. 20 minutes after that Thanos shows up. Right? So like I think that he waited for a very specific time before actually coming to earth until ego, the ancient one, and hella were all dead.

Ego, ancient one. HELLA.

Exactly. So he chose his timing.

Roc:
Thats' Clever

Cailyn:
really specifically because he like explodes into nothing.

Roc:
Ok okay then Thanos ship over wwhere asgard was and the next... So he's on the move. So what's the next movie?

Cailyn:
So Thanos is collecting the infinity stones and it's the only defeat we've ever seen of the Avengers. And this is not just the Avengers. This is every superhero we've ever seen. Including like nebula and the Winter Soldier which are more of like antiheroes; infinity war and end game there's four years.

Roc:
Awesome. So what comes out on April 26th?

Cailyn:
End Game!

We're talking about brothers in the basement cause that's what we are right? focused on just kicking it! Having a good time so enjoy yourself. Come and chill hang out you're home! Come kick it. Hit it Homie!

J-Bo:
Lookin at Reubens head Lookin like a peanut head. Yeah yeah yeah. Keep talking. I'm a Keep talking.

Paully:
You don't know what that is?

Bee:
"Who you callin Coon Peckerwood?".

J-Bo:
Ahh I sliced my hand.

Bee:
That's not right where my mind went.

J-Bo:
It's a little emotional right now.

Bee:
I have almost been in tears when McDonald's did away with the hi-c orange juice drank orange drank orange drink and that was prominent. That was a prominent feature. Yeah right. Orange drink. No mayo. I mean is that like defines me. Yeah. And I'm. And I don't feel and it was before that movie but I really really I could I could relate to that.

Paully:
But all of them with Fanta when I'm getting. Yeah. Mexican food like I'm Mexican. I want the orange soda.

Bee:
Yeah. Don't you want to want them. But that's not out in L.A. huh. Mm hmm. Fanta. Yeah. Fanta. Yeah. Was everywhere.

Paully:
TaTa stores got Fanta.

Bee:
Oh does it. Every time. So it was all that. TaTa's love Loveland.

J-Bo:
How's it translated into English?

Bee:
Tata's.

J-Bo:
Yeah?

Roc:
You know the same.

J-Bo:
Oh Okay. What does it mean in Espanol? Does it mean small potatoes or what?

Bee:
I'm gonna have some more wine.

J-Bo:
Bee is kind of a wine connoisseur; He has a wine refrigerator for lack of better words, right there in his kitchen.

Bee:
I enjoy I enjoy a good vino. That is true but a connoisseur is a bit above me as if people were to come and look at...

Paully:
A good pinot noir in front of me over...all over it!

J-Bo:
Pignot...Merlots

Paully:
Sweet berry wine!

Bee:
Oh my gosh you're killin me.

Paully:
So what got you into wine?

J-Bo:
I like the boxes of wine.

Paully:
You didn't always like wine.

Bee:
Nooo! You know what. You know what got me into wine. We took a trip up to living in California right. I mean California's wine country. Everywhere you goes whether you're in southern or northern. But I had always enjoyed a decent wine. Well that's not true. I didn't know what a decent wine was you know but I mean we would have wine occasionally. So I didn't know what good wine was until maybe I don't know maybe about 10 years ago when we started going to Napa and we started doing wine tastings and stuff like that kinda legit. Right. And once I started learning more about wine and understanding how to differentiate varietals so I could tell a cab from a Merlot and a Merlot from a Pinot Noir and not just that but also where those varietals come from. Right. So I'm a I love Napa. I went to Napa. We started going to Napa regularly started learning all the different areas in Napa. And the more I went I was just enamored with how how incredibly different each variety could be and what what what that difference whether it was location whether it was altitude whether it was style what that did to the flavor of the wine and that whole the science behind that got me into it. And so I just started drinking it.

Bee:
So you know what else. So here's the other thing that got me into it two things on Netflix there is a documentary called Song and it's these guys who are going through and they're going through this training to be Sommeliers.

Bad Joke

J-Bo:
Is that when you go to Somalia?

Roc:
And it's just that when you go to you drink a lot of things to get this little golden cup from early days.

Bee:
So Sommeliers understand and know wine very well. There's different levels right. So if you go to a real nice restaurant there'll be a Sommelier a there who can help you choose a nice wine to go with whatever you've decided to eat that evening. Right. And so there's different levels there is like advanced and masters and you can tell by their pin you know what they are. Oh so good to be then this.

Roc:
So like I had that kind of question about what is the Sommelier a or how we say it because I did one cruise and they had this dude here with a gold chain which really I'm like why it's Flavor Flav here. And he's way the cup and he's gonna tell me something about a drink now I'll take a beer but I'm learning especially from this discussion like they know Stuff. Tell me more?

Bee:
Oh yeah. So the key is so like so that guy. So he's wearing a little. He's keeping a little cup with him because when you order a nice bottle of wine etiquette calls for the person that's ordered the wine to offer some to the Somme so that he can give you some tasting tips. So you order a nice wine. You said you asked the Somme if you know he would you know how have some and you know give us give us the lowdown on what that one is all about.

Bee:
And so he'll taste it and he'll give you his perception what he taste what he recognizes about it. Maybe you give you a little background on the wine because to become a Somme what you have to be able to do is recognize not just simple things like the variety or which is the type of grape and and the Age and stuff like that but the actual after taste the taste.

So, Bee is Actually a Wine Connoisseur

Bee:
But you can do that you start to train like I can do that a little bit and I never I'm not at the Somme level I'm not even close. Right. But I can tell the difference between a cab that comes from the Rutherford region and Napa Valley versus how mountain cab let's say or something like that right. Because they've got distinct tastes and aromas and things like that. A Somme takes it to a whole new level. Cool. Cool.

J-Bo:
This sounds complicated and it's in the way of me enjoying the wine.

Bee:
Yeah. But here. So here's what got me into it though right. Because I had no idea that wine was so complex and so is just it. There are so many varietals and variations to wine and that you can pair those flavors and there are flavor profiles. Yeah. That go with that go with different food pairings too right.

Bee:
And the difference that happens when you understand how to pair a wine with a specific type of food whether you're going salty savory weird or whether you're going sweet you know things like that you can pair wine and create a whole new flavor experience both for the food that you're enjoying and the wine and it just you know that that blows my mind.

J-Bo:
I'd have to try to at least once or twice.

Paully:
Or wine in truffles you say.

Bee:
You get the right port and the right chocolate and uhhh!

Paully:
Always cheese That got me into wine. All right red with right. Oh I see. Exactly. All right. It's all right.

Paully:
So who's Roc-star?

I Was Hungry

J-Bo:
I need some pizza or something...

Roc:
Welcome to Team A. That's rock star. This is who I am. What you're seeing on the mike is not different than the person that I actually try to be. So I'll just give you a snapshot of my bio which you probably heard a lot of. I try to provide a unique antic that you won't find anywhere else. Right. It's just part of my character and it's making sure that this show just stays on like a sort of a tilt. And I like that. It's just part of my character my humor is special in that unique way. Right. Like I try to bring out unique things because I'm a unique person. You asked about being a special character. Well I'm the special character when you know I can't bring other people on the show.

J-Bo:
Special

Roc:
Ha ha ha ha. What you looking at?

J-Bo:
You my boy; You my boy blue!!

We're Actually On Edge Right Now As He's Talkin!

Roc:
Well that's that's me. But the other part that I really try to do especially with my I can't take this attitude because I know that I have it don't even you looking to me like you want to say something about it. I know it. I just I know I know I just got my attention that's all. Apparently I just try to keep. I definitely want to put my brothers on edge and push them to that limit because it's just part of me. But I do that to everyone especially the people that I love. So I said before I love my brothers I love this podcast we're creating. But I will always force that limit In a way that probably will piss people off. But I love y'all and that's me.

Paully:
You like that rock the stone into Stillwater and maken them ripples...

More like a Boulder! A Tsunami destroying villages.

Bee:
I. Mean I know it's been 160 years or so.... Still too soon! Plymouth Rock landed on us...

Special Bonus Track Feature J-Bo's 2Cents!

Have You Ever Read the About Page of Your Average Mommy-Blogger?If you were to skim through your typical mommy-blog and read their About Page, you might find a story similar to this one…

I knew my life was worth more that what my job had to offer and I was at the point where I knew I needed to make a change. Plus my biological clock was ticking! Now I can devote all of my time to: my gorgeous self-first, my 2 perfect children, our nutty dogs Bailey and Rascals and then my -uh what’s his name?- between everything else.”

One who chooses to allow stereotypes to dictate their opinions of people or groups is ignorant.

One of the best ways to overcome ignorance is to dig a little deeper on their subject matter with an open mind.

I noticed that only the successful MB’s stick to their formula which happens to be their core belief system.

First, successful MB’s make it their business to Help Others. Second, they promote organic Content. Last, successful MB’s know their Why.

Successful MB’s represent those 3 core beliefs and their Return On Investment’s (ROI’s) are phenomenal! As a result of their hard work, great attitude and profits to boot; I know they deserve our attention and respect.

  • Law #1 Helping Others
  • Theoretically, blogging should be about Helping Others.
  • So, I’ll call this a “Blog-Law”.
  • Your subject matter or content should place a sharp focus on Helping Others as it relates to Your specific niche’.
  • The first step is to create a blog -I highly recommend starting with siteground.
  • Your second step will be about sharing the product, talking about it, and promoting it through Your blog, search engines and social media outlets.
  • As a result of Your actions, you will then attract people back to Your blog where they can now subscribe to your ideas and solutions anytime they prefer.
  • Law #2 Good Content
  • As the Author, Developer, and Creator of Your Blog, Your prime objective will be the production of good content.
  • Use and Value
  • If you can create piercingly good content that solves a problem or can resolve an issue, well then Your blog is useful.
  • When Your subscribers talk about it, share it and promote it for you because they know it will help others, then Your blog becomes valuable.
  • creating consistently good, natural, organic, gluten-free content on Your blog-site is certainly one of the keys to success.
  • MB’s have that unique ability to produce good original content wrapped in the bag i.e… “Guess what little Timmy and Samantha did this morning? They decided to go all “van Gogh” on my bathroom walls with permanent markers! What am I to do?”
  • If you can create good content that entertains, stirs people’s emotions or gets them to ponder, then you will inspire others and you will start that process of building a tremendous following.
  • Law #3 Let Your Y = P
  • If ones objective is to Help Others, then one must Work with a True Purpose.
  • Let’s say that Helping Others is a basic law of blogging.
  • If Helping Others is a basic law of blogging, then Your Purpose -of writing, of sharing, of promoting- is the basic Principle.
  • They would say “I had a Purpose to Help Others…”
  • Working with a True Purpose requires Thinking.
  • An entrepreneur/blogger must Think of real honest-to-goodness ways he or she can truly help the next person.
  • How will you know when you are successful?
  • When Your subscribers understand they can’t get that kind of help You’re offering anywhere else!
  • Those are the verdicts an entrepreneur will receive when you Let Your WhY Equal Purpose!
  • Your True Purpose should be Your motivation for blogging and podcasting.
  • Adhering to the laws and principles of Helping Others and creating Good Content will help you to remain true with no objections.
  • Understanding Your Why -will ensure that you will always remain in line with your goals and it will truly define your Purpose if You decide to take that leap into Blog/Pod-Duty.
  • And That’s Court Approved Baby!
